Reporting to the Store Manager.
Established in Tamworth in 2012, '2 Wheels Only' is one of the UK’s premium independently owned cycle shops. Home to some of the industry's most well known and respected brands. We have not only a large retail area but also a coffee shop and a vast workshop facility.
Our bike brand portfolio currently consists of Santa Cruz, Merida, Trek, Cervelo, Giant, LIV and Yeti. We also offer a massive range of P&A brands such as Fox, Santini, Kask, Fox Suspension, Hope, Burgtec, RockShox, SRAM and Shimano.
Job Role
Our sales expert role is responsible for ensuring a class leading retail experience while maintaining a well presented and organised store. Guiding customers through the purchase process and offering hospitality and expert advice.
This is primarily a full time role, but part time and flexible working will be considered.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support and advise customers on products and services in-store, on the telephone and via email.
- Offer customers class leading advice and hospitality
- Processing customer order requests.
- Working with suppliers and placing orders.
- Dealing with incoming stock, both for store and customer orders.
- Using our company ordering system to manage all aspects of orders and stock efficiently.
- Maintaining the look, cleanliness and presentation of the store.
- Making the odd Coffee
- Help support managers with stock pre orders and product related ideas.
- Working with our service department as part of the purchase and aftercare process.
- Dealing with warranty and after sales customer care.
- Contributing to a professional but fun working environment.
- Developing and maintaining an in depth product knowledge.
- Any other reasonable duties within the scope of the role.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications.
Passion for bikes and all things 2 Wheeled.
Previous sales or industry experience is preferred but not essential.
A good understanding of the anatomy of a bike.
Great product knowledge.
Willingness to self-develop and improve skills.
Great communication skills both towards your team and customers.
Strong organisation and presentation skills.
Passion for providing amazing customer service and hospitality.
