Hassle free returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

The 2027 Santa Cruz Bullit Carbon CC is the latest evolution of Santa Cruz’s no-limits electric enduro platform—designed for riders who treat climbs as a means to an end, and that end is going full send. With DH-inspired geometry, full-power Bosch assistance and a premium Carbon CC chassis, the Bullit delivers chairlift-level laps without the queue.

The Bullit has always blurred the line between downhill bike and eMTB—and the 2027 model doubles down on that brief. Built around 170mm front and rear travel, mixed wheels and aggressive geometry, it’s engineered for the steepest, roughest terrain you can throw at it.

At its core is the latest Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit, paired with a 600Wh internal battery for consistent, punchy power on long mountain days.

This is not a “lightweight trail e-bike”—it’s a full-power gravity weapon that just happens to pedal.
