The reality is that when a brand changes ownership following insolvency, the new company is generally not obligated to honour historical warranty claims created under previous ownership.

For eligible Nukeproof bikes purchased from 1st January 2026 and registered within 30 days of purchase, Belgian Cycling Factory now offers a transferable lifetime warranty on frames and forks.
