Courier Delivery – When Personal Delivery Isn’t Possible
While our personal delivery service is always our preferred option, we understand it isn’t always practical due to distance, timing, or customer preference.
When personal delivery isn’t selected or possible, we still ship your bike using a trusted specialist courier, with additional care and safeguards that go well beyond standard bike shipping.
How Our Courier Bike Delivery Works
Every bike shipped by courier is prepared with the same workshop standards we apply to bikes leaving the shop in person.
Before shipping, your bike is:
Fully built and quality-checked, and test ridden in our workshop
Carefully part-dismantled only where necessary for safe transit
Professionally packed using a reinforced bike box
Protected at all contact points to prevent movement or damage
This ensures your bike arrives safely and requires minimal setup on your end. When it comes to that final part of assembly, just remember, we're here to help. You can call, email or even FaceTime a real person for first-hand help should you need it. Just ask!
Extra Care, Extra Communication

An Extra Layer of Security – AirTag Tracking
This is where we do things differently.
For courier-delivered bikes, we discreetly place an Apple AirTag inside the packaging. This allows us to independently track your bike throughout its journey, separate from the courier’s own tracking system.
This added layer:

Offers reassurance during transit
Adds accountability and peace of mind
It’s a small detail — but one that reflects how seriously we take the safe delivery of high-value bikes.
Returning the AirTag – Simple & Prepaid
Once your bike has arrived safely, all we ask is that you return the AirTag.
We include a self-addressed, prepaid envelope inside the box, making returns quick and hassle-free. Simply pop the AirTag inside and post it back — no cost, no admin.
