Yeti MTe isn’t trying to out-power everything on the mountain. Instead it’s built to feel like you’re still riding a real mountain bike, just with a bit of extra help when the climb (or the shuttle) gets serious.
With 145mm of rear travel matched to a 160mm front fork, it dives into the tech trail when you want it to, but doesn’t feel like a tank when the track opens up

At its heart is the new TQ HPR60 drive unit: 60 Nm torque, up to 350 W peak power. Yeti’s built the MTe around that motor so the ride stays smooth, quiet and natural — you get the boost, but you still feel like you’re riding.

Battery choice plays a key role: stick with the stock 580wh battery and have a big day bike, or choose to swap the battery out to the lighter 360wh for that ultimate handling feel. A 160wh optional extender is also available. And with the lightweight carbon frame plus refined suspension linkage (Yeti’s Sixfinity system), the whole bike feels more agile than many e-bikes of its class.

Whether you’re heading out for a long day in the hills, jumping on the shuttle for some big laps, or threading up a steep climb to reach a ridge you haven’t yet conquered — the MTe is built for that. It blends trail bike responsiveness, premium components, and just enough assist to stretch the ride further without losing the ride-feel that matters.
